Good to know this is a very important post for you to read and understand . You need to learn how to build a strong team in network marketing if you intend to succeed in the MLM industry. You Must Duplicate

I love the fact that as a Co-owner of Longrich (that's my MLM business) and as with most MLMs, “you earn based on how successful your team is”. It works this way because when I train my Success-lines (my MLM team) on how to sign-on more team members and teach the new guys how to do same, I earn off a small percentage of results, and this is passed down to infinity.

Duplication is the exact way I make good money monthly from being a Co-owner of Longrich Bioscience International, this is all residual income!

I must mention at this point that the beauty of this system is that your success is determined by how helpful you are and how much value you provide to your team. This is unlike traditional Affiliate Marketing (which I also do), the sale does not end after the commission has been paid. You remain in contact with your Success-lines to help and guide them be as good as you are!

Simply put, what you do to sign-on more co-partners in your team must be duplicable! Your success-lines should be able to duplicate what you do. They need to know (themselves) and learn how to build a strong team in network marketing.

It cannot be over-emphasized how important it is to train your team in something that can be duplicated. So, how do we do that?

Honest & of High Integrity

Leading with honesty and high integrity are key elements to the success and strength of the Network Marketing team. Be truthful in whatever you tell them. Avoid nasty and image tarnishing behaviours such as personally signing up a prospect brought to you for a 3-way and taking undue credit.

Be Available

Compliment Your Team

Learn to give compliments to performances in your team at all times. It's important because everyone in your team wants to be praised. It will make them feel better, it will also make them see their worth in the team and in the business.

Complimenting each other sincerely will help boost team morale as well as grow their focus more on their strengths than their weaknesses.

Be Available and Attentive

You inspire your team more when they know you are there and have their back always. I like to pay personal attention to my network marketing team and not just being there for them. Personal encouragement is a great way to give personal attention to folks. Find out how they are growing their own teams and inspire them for greater achievements. This motivates them and creates stronger bond and strengthens the team spirit which they must also pass down to their success lines by duplication.
You cannot motivate everyone. But you can inspire and pour into them action spurring vigor so they will motivate themselves to create an even stronger MLM team that could make them wealthy.

Now THAT is true motivation in MLM and Network Marketing!

Coach Them

Learn to always point your team in the right direction! Coach them if they are coachable. Point them to books and resources that can help them succeed in the network marketing business. Give freely and don't hoard information. Be always willing to share information that will help them succeed in the Network Marketing business

Build A Community

Create a forum and give them a sense of belonging. People like to feel they are part of something, give them one, so build a community like WhatsApp, Facebook groups where your team can come together and ask questions, mastermind, share testimonies and inspirations. Similar communities can be replicated offline too, in form of team meetings on agreed periods.

These steps have boosted the bond in my Network Marketing team and spurred them into greater strides and achievement in the our MLM business.
